Free Cap Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Free cap available on orders of £125 or more (after discounts, before delivery)
    • One free cap per qualifying order, while stocks last.
  3. Returns Policy
    • If you return items from your order and the remaining spend drops below £125, you must either:
      a) return the cap in unused, resaleable condition, or
      b) keep the cap and be charged its full retail price.
  4. Exchanges
    • If you exchange items and your revised order total falls below £125, the same rules apply (cap must be returned or purchased).
  5. Cap Condition
    • Returned caps must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.
  6. No Cash Alternative
    • The cap cannot be exchanged for credit, another product, or cash.
  7. Promotion Period
    • Offer valid for a limited time only. Etiquette reserves the right to end or update the promotion at any time.
  8. Stock Availability
    • If caps sell out, the promotion will end automatically. No alternative gift will be provided.
  9. Fraud & Abuse
    • Etiquette reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be using the promotion fraudulently or abusively.
  • Standard Etiquette returns and shipping policies still apply.
  • By taking part in the promotion, customers agree to these terms.
