1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with Etiquette. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

2. Refunds and Exchanges

To start your refund process, please use this link to activate your portal - https://shopify.com/67677847855/account 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Should you wish to exchange an item, please highlight the items on the packing slip, print the returns label and include the packing slip in the parcel. We will exchange the item free of charge and you'll be notified when the item is back out for delivery.

3. Shipping

For returns within the UK, Etiquette will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to download your prepaid shipping label, simply follow the steps and drop at your nearest EVRI drop off point. If you have any problems, please contact us at sales@etiquette.golf

For international returns, including overseas customers, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
